Outstanding traditional Austrian cuisine with the highest quality ingredients sourced from local sources and prepared to superior standards. The Chocolate Beer Goulash is the best I’ve ever had and made in house lemonade was a home run. The Kaiserschmarnn is the only example I have found in the city that appears traditionally cooked, having a special fluffy and delicate texture (instead of a cake texture like other places). Service is also outstanding as is the beautiful feel and atmosphere of the restaurant. 575 Sagmeister is a must visit when in Vienna!

That a top tip! We were seated outside (according to the late summer temperatures) in a very cozy atmosphere! The staff and service - outstanding! Super friendly, quick and communicative! The food - incredible! I think this must have been one of the best vegetarian/ vegan food I’ve tried! The tartare was just stunning, very complex and rich in taste, meat was not missed at all! Also the melon, very tasty! The braised eggplant was great and so were the meat dishes, especially the chocolate beer gulasch! To top it all off, this was probably the single best Kaiserachmarren I’ve ever had! Simply perfect! I highly recommend this place for both omnivores and vegetarians!

Food was excellent- 5 stars for authentic Austrian cuisine with local ingredients. The staff is very sweet and you can tell they love the food they make. We had really good pork schnitzel, chocolate and beer goulash, pumpkin vegetable, and fried fritter with apricot for dessert. Wine selection of local wine was good. Atmosphere is more old school so doesn’t feel as upscale dining. While the service was very sweet and kind, it was slow. We had to wait 15 min between a starter and an entrees even though all the order was placed at the beginning and the dessert we ordered didn’t say it would take 17-20 min like another one but after waiting 15-20 min we were told that one too. Likely would not have ordered if if we knew that. And then we waited another 15 min to pay the bill. If service time was better, our rating would be a 4.5. Better than most places you find near city center that are up-charged and touristy.

Crazy good, local food! They cook some mean goulash and fantastic Kaiserschmarrn and offer excellent local beer. What else can you wish for?? Bookmarked for another visit soon!

Excellent find for our first night in Vienna for some dinner, drinks and fun. We played bowling with a few drinks then had a 3 course meal with a few more drinks. Service was excellent, we were so looked after. The Kaiserschmarrn was the best we had in Vienna. Pork dish was a little salty but overall excellent food and service. Wish we had had time to visit again.

Very cool and modern atmosphere, the team is quite young, full of energy and smile. The best Kaiserschmarren I ever had in Vienna until now. I’d come back for sure. Other dieses were also full of taste, I’d try something different next time.

Local Neighborhood A Hidden Gem in Vienna's Local Neighborhood This small, local restaurant is truly a pearl tucked away in a quiet residential area near the Best Western hotel in Vienna. From the moment we walked in, we felt warmly welcomed. The atmosphere is cozy and authentic, and the personal touch of the staff made the entire evening feel special- not just the dinner, but the whole experience. The food was absolutely delicious- fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The service was fantastic: attentive, friendly, and genuinely hospitable. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so personally cared for as a guest. We visited as a family with two teenagers and two adults, and we all enjoyed it immensely. Everyone found something to love, and we came back there next evening. Highly recommended if you are looking for great food, warm service, and a true local experience in Vienna. If you are looking for the local drink experience- ask the team to Surprise you with a portion of locally made Schnaps. Thank you!
